Through this portal people of the state can check land owners details, type of land, soil type, etc online. Government of Karnataka launched Bhumi Portal in 2000. The Village Land Record Bhoomi Scheme is jointly funded by the Central Government and the State Government. Bhumi Portal’s main objective is to provide seamless provision of Karnataka land records to citizens in digital format. With the implementation of the Karnataka Land Record System, many benefits will be provided to all residents of the state.

What is RTC?
The full form of RTC is Record of Rights, Tenancy, and Crop Information. It is also known as Pahani in Kannada which is an important land record document in Karnataka that is issued to the existing landowner. The RTC Pahani documents include details about:-

How to Register on Bhoomi RTC Karnataka?
In order to register Bhoomi RTC Karnataka, you need to follow these simple steps below –
- Visit the Bhoomi Revenue Department website i.e. https://landrecords.karnataka.gov.in/.
- On the homepage, select “CITIZEN REGISTRATION” option.
- Enter your details ike Aadhar number, citizen name, mobile number.
- Now generate OTP and verify it.
- Once you get the successful verification, type farmer details as Father name, address, etc.
- Next, Upload any one of ID proof document.
- Type the land details such as select district, taluk,hobli and village.
- Type the survey number and Captch number.
- Finally, click in “Add Button” to add the survey number.
Karnataka Land Records Revenue Map Online
On Bhumi Portal, citizens can view the revenue map online in the following steps –
- Visit the Bhoomi Revenue Department website i.e. https://landrecords.karnataka.gov.in/.
- On the homepage, select ‘Revenue Maps’ option.
- You will redirect to a new page.
- Now choose the District, Taluk, Hobli and Map types.
- Finally, proceed to view the maps in PDF format.

- You will redirect to a new window.
