2. How to Get Job in Indian Railway After 12th?

After completing the 12th board exam or intermediate exam, there are a lot of jobs available for students in Indian Railways. To join Indian Railways, candidates have to appear for a competitive examination conducted by the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB). There are some positions in Railways for 12th pass students which are: Office Helper, RRB Loco Pilot, Goods Guard, Railway Clerk etc.

5. Eligibility and Exams

Before applying for an exam in Indian Railways, you need to meet the eligibility criteria for the exam. The primary eligibility criteria for railways is to have a bachelor’s / bachelor’s degree. Earlier we said that Indian Railways is divided into two sections, one technical and the other non-technical.

Technical and non-technical are divided into four groups, Group A, Group B, Group C and Group D.
