Kotak Kanya Scholarship 2022: Kotak Mahindra Group has launched the Kotak Kanya Scholarship, a CSR project with a collaborative effort for education and livelihood. The main objective of the scholarship is to provide financial assistance to meritorious girl students from underprivileged sections of the society so that they are able to pursue higher education after passing 12th class. Under this scholarship they can get up to 1 lakh rupees per year.
Girl students who aspire to pursue professional graduation courses include Engineering, Medicine, Architecture, Designing after 12th standard, will be provided scholarship to pay their academic expenses till the completion of their graduation (degree). About Kotak Kanya Scholarship
Kotak Mahindra Group has launched the Kotak Kanya Scholarship, a CSR project with a collaborative effort for education and livelihood. The main objective of the scholarship is to provide financial assistance to meritorious girl students from underprivileged sections of the society so that they are able to pursue higher education after passing 12th class. Under this scholarship they can get up to 1 lakh rupees per year. The Kotak Education Foundation has implemented the project with the financial support of the following companies –
- Kotak Securities Limited (KSL)
- Kotak Mahindra Trustee Company Limited (KMTCL)
- Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited (KMCCL)
- Kotak Infrastructure Debt Fund Limited (KIDFL)
- Kotak Mahindra Asset Management Company Limited (KMAMC)
- Kotak Mahindra Investments Limited (KMIL)
- Kotak Mahindra Prime Limited (KMPL)
Kotak Kanya Scholarship Eligibility
- Girl students must complete the 12th standard to apply for the scholarship.
- Applicants must have scored 75% or more marks or equivalent CGPA in the board exam.
- Applicant’s annual family income must be Rs. 3 lakh or less.
- Children of Kotak Mahindra Group and Kotak Education Foundation employees are not eligible for this scholarship.
