Rajasthan Apna Khata Registration: Government of Rajasthan has introduced an e-bhumi portal called “Apna khata e dharti Rajasthan” to search and view the land records within the state. Apna Khata portal is an initiative to computerize and modernize the current Land Records system of Rajasthan. Apna Khata Rajasthan Portal offers residents of Rajasthan who own land within the state to access their land records electronically.

About Rajasthan Apna Khata Portal
Government of Rajasthan has launched an e-bhumi portal called “Apna khata e dharti Rajasthan” under DILRMP, a digital India Land Records Modernization Program. The main aim to launch the portal is to search and view the land records within the state. Apna Khata portal is an initiative to computerize and modernize the current Land Records system of Rajasthan. Apna Khata Rajasthan Portal offers residents of Rajasthan who own land within the state to access their land records electronically. With the help of this portal, you can easily get the documents like online Khasra map, Khatauni, Jamabandi Imitation and Girdawari report sitting at home.

Rajasthan Apna Khata Eligibility
- The applicant must be a resident of Rajasthan.
- The allotted land must be in the state of Rajasthan.
- Landowners must have valid information about their land such as draft number, correct address of property, pin code etc.
Apna Khata Jamabandi Nakal View
- Go to the official website i.e. http://apnakhata.raj.nic.in/.
- On the hompage, you will find the map of Rajasthan on the right-hand side.
- Above the map, there is a search bar “जिला चुनें” to choose your district.
- Select your district & it will redirect you to a new page.
- Now, you must select the Tehsil where your land is located.
- A list of villages will appear under your chosen District and Tehsil.
- Now fill your required information such as name and the complete address.
- Choose the option of “जमाबंदी की प्रतिलिपि”.
- Select your desired option like Khata number, USN, GRN, etc & view Jamabandi Nakal report.

- Now follow the same procedure from the above section.

- Under the Plot Info section, you will find the option of “Nakal”.
- Click on it & downloaded in PDF format.
Download Rajasthan Measles Map online
- Go to the official website i.e. https://bhunaksha.raj.nic.in/.
- On the hompage, you will find District, Tehsil, RI, Halkas, Village.
- Fill in the details & according to the details fed, a map will appear.
- The map will contain the outline and numbers indicating the Khasra numbers.
- To get information about specific land plots, zoom in and click on that specific plot.
Apply E Dharti Rajasthan Nomination
- Go to the official website of Rajasthan Apna Khata.
- On the hompage, click on “नामांतरण के लिए आवेदन करें”(Apply for Nomination).
- An application form will appear in front of you.
- Fill in the application form with your details such as name, father’s name, etc.
- Select the appropriate reason for filling the nomination form.
- Now, submit the application form.
E Dharti Application Status
- Go to the official website i.e. http://apnakhata.raj.nic.in/.
- On the hompage, you will find the “नामांतरण की स्थिति” tab.
- Click on the link.
- It will redirect you to the page containing District-wise Application Status.
